Data Confidentiality:
All submitted routing data remains confidential and will be used solely for pilot performance evaluation. ATLAS will not retain, share, or repurpose your operational data beyond this engagement.
No Fee Pilot:
This 10-day pilot is provided at no cost. No payment obligation exists unless an annual license agreement is executed.
Performance Benchmarking:
ATLAS may reference aggregate performance metrics (e.g., "X% improvement over incumbent system") in marketing materials without disclosing company identity unless explicitly authorized.
No Guarantee of Results:
While ATLAS SDP has demonstrated consistent performance advantages in certified testing, individual results depend on dataset characteristics. Pilot participation does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Pilot Duration:
Pilot access expires 10 days from activation. Extension or conversion to annual license requires separate agreement.
Data Ownership:
All routing solutions, analysis, and recommendations generated during the pilot remain your property. ATLAS retains no rights to derived work product.
